【摘要】 目的 了解我院门诊急诊患者抗菌药物的使用情况，为抗菌药物的合理应用提供依据。 方法 随机抽取2005年11月～2006年11月我院门诊急诊患者共13132例，根据临床药理学知识及文献资料，对抗菌药物的使用率、药物种类及使用频度、配伍方式、联用情况及不合理的抗菌药物用药病例进行分类和统计分析。 结果 共审病例13132例，使用抗菌药物病例5434例，抗菌药物使用率为41.38%,涉及11类47种，以单联用药为主，占78.51%，抗菌药物不合理用药病例596例，分别在溶媒使用、给药方案、药理作用以及合并用药方面存在问题。 结论 我院门诊急诊抗菌药物使用基本合理，但也存在某些问题，抗菌药物使用仍需进一步提高。

Analysis of antibacterial drug use in outpatient and emergency department of our hospital
【Abstract】 Objective To understand the situation of the antibacterial drugs used in outpatient and emergency department of our hospital and offer a basis for rational use of antibacterial drugs. Methods 13132 cases in Nov of 2005 and Nov 2006 were random selected from he department of emergency and outpatient of our hospital,a statistical analysis was done to get the date of ratio of using antibacterial drugs,the kinds of drug, frequency of drug use, situation of combined drug-used and single drug-used and irrational antibacterial drug-used according to pharmacological knowledge and literatures. Results A total of 13132 cases was analysed,of which there was 5434 cases of the antibacterial drugs used.The rate of using antibacterial drugs was 41.38%.The kinds involved 11 groups,47 species.The single kind use accounted for the most part ,covered 78.51%. 596 cases of the antibacterial drugs used were irrational including some problems,such as used solvent,drug-use regimens,pharmacological effects,and combined drugs. Conclusion Antibacterial drugs are used for outpatient and emergency department of our hospital is basically rational.However,there are still some problems too.Antibacterial drugs used needs further improvement in our hospital.
